The staff were excellent and affable all of the time.

As a senior woman, I really appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows at Duomo Luxury Suites in Naples. The hotel's decoration and general areas were beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with convenient elevator access and well-lit hallways.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people would be more assistance from the staff. It would have been nice if the children working there could offer more help and guidance, especially for those of us with limited mobility or special needs.

I've had a NICE stay for holidays. All in all, it was brilliant place for traveling to Naples. A double room was trendy and luxurious. The personal was very good and supper friendly. The property's location was marvellous and brilliant, to the cafe which is exactly under the rooms. There was 'o Wok nearby, offering quick meals.

Great location in bustling area near restaurants, shops, and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with balconies. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels. Enjoyable breakfast with delicious coffee, pastries, and fruit.

Comforts of reasonably large room with balcony where fabulous. It met my needs.

we were there for 6 days, everything was perfect, loved its marvellous and brilliant location just off the centre of the city and all the restaurants shops and bars and main streets.

Het verblijf in dit appartement overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Ik werd aangenaam verrast door de faciliteiten die het te bieden had. De sauna was van uitstekende kwaliteit en zorgde voor een ontspannen ervaring. Bovendien was het appartement goed uitgerust met een oven, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Dit maakte het bereiden van maaltijden en het maken van warme dranken erg gemakkelijk. Ik waardeerde ook de netheid van het appartement en de efficiënte service van het personeel. De locatie was ideaal, dicht bij het stadscentrum en het treinstation, waardoor het verkennen van de stad en het gebruik maken van het openbaar vervoer heel handig was.

The room at Duomo Luxury Suites was unique and had a fully visible shower, which was really cool and made the stay more interesting. As a low-budget traveler, I appreciated the unusual feature.

Personally, I felt a little uncomfortable with the fully visible shower in the room. But I guess some guests might find it exciting and enjoy the experience.

I recently stayed at a luxury suite in the heart of the historical center. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo metro and surrounded by fantastic museums, restaurants, and bars. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the addition of a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The shower had great water pressure as well, a small but important detail. I had a wonderful experience at Duomo Luxury Suites.
